Delivery Targets & Postage Costs

Plymouth Argyle use a Courier Delivery Service. This means that all parcels are insured and can be tracked. We aim to dispatch all parcels within 5 working days, but at peak and sale times this may take longer. If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unlikely to be in then we will happily deliver to a work or friends address, but please make sure this address is put in the shipping address section. We will also leave parcels with neighbours, but this will need to be stated in the delivery instructions section. On the day of delivery you will be sent a text message, if you have provided us with a mobile phone number, alerting you that your parcel is due to be delivered. If this day is not suitable then you can re-arrange delivery directly with the courier. The courier will not leave a parcel without a signature, but will leave a card if you are out. This card will give you the option to re-arrange delivery directly with the courier, or you can chose to pick the item up from your nearest depot.

We offer an AM delivery which guarentees delivery before 1pm, please note this is not a next day service. If you need a parcel in a hurry then please contact us directly, by phone is recommended, and we will advise on what services are available. Please note there may be an increased delivery charge for this though.

International Orders

Plymouth Argyle FC are happy to ship overseas, and use Royal Mail International Signed for service to do this. Obviously this means that postage costs do vary depending on the following factors:

  • Weight of parcel
  • Number of items
  • Distance parcel is to be sent

Due to this we ask that all international shippers contact us before ordering with the items they wish to order. We will then be able to email you with a shipping cost. When you place your order online you will be charged a base rate of £15 to cover the cost of shipping, we will then refund the difference between this and the actual shipping cost. Alternatively you can ring us on 01752 558292 to place your order over the phone.

Due to our banking server tightening security we have now introduced the following policy for international orders:

When you order for the first time from the website, we will email you an online security form which needs to be filled out in full. When you return this form to us (via fax or email) you will also need to send a scan of the front and back of the credit / debit card you are using to pay. This will then be kept on record so that if you order from us again, you will not need to complete this procedure again. If we do not receive the security form or the scan of your card then the order will not be sent.

Returns Policy

If an exchange or refund is required, then items should be returned to us within 14 working days of receipt in their original packing and unworn along with proof of purchase and a completed returns form. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels and we recommend that you return your parcel to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery so your goods can be tracked.

DVD's jewellery, books, hats and socks will only be re-placed or refunded if faulty and unused/unworn. We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement in any case that we deem unreasonable.
