Do I have to be a member of Plymouth Argyle FC to order online?
No we accept orders from all Plymouth Argyle FC Fans. All we ask is that you register with the Plymouth Argyle Super Store.

How easy is it to register?
Its extremely easy to register and will take you around 2 minutes.

How do I register?
By clicking on the “Register” button on the top right, follow the on-screen instructions and fill in your details. Any errors with your registration will be clearly displayed at the top of the registration page - please pay close attention to any messages displayed here.

How do I log in?
Once you have registered, you can purchase products. You will be asked to log in when you proceed to checkout. Enter your username (the email address you selected when registering) and password and you will be logged into the Online Plymouth Argyle Super Store. Alternatively, you can login by and entering your username and password at the top right hand side of any page.

How do log out?
To log out simply click the "Logout" button on the right hand side.

I’ve forgotten my password – help!
Simply click the "Login" links on the right hand side and then click the link to "Forgotten Password". You can then insert your email address and have your password sent directly to you.

How do I change my personal profile?
Once you are registered and have logged in, you can change your personal profile at any time by clicking the “Profile” link at the top. From here you can change any personal details you have entered during registration.

How do I search for a product?
The menu system on the left of every page is broken down into the same sections as in the Super Store catalogue. The section headings are straightforward and tell you exactly what will be in that area. If you cannot find an item, you can use our search facility found in the top right of every page.

What can I do if the product I want is unavailable?
We regularly update our stock levels and remove any items that will not be coming back into stock. If any item is still in the store but marked as “Currently Unavailable” then it is likely that it will be back in stock. Please come back and visit the store again soon to check availability. If you are unable to find an item that you wish to purchase, please contact us as we sometimes have stock availability in one of our stores.

Unfortunately, from time to time we will run out of stock on certain items. When this happens we will remove them from the website so users cannot order these products, this avoids disappointment when we can’t fulfil their request.

Placing An Order
Do I need to be registered to place an order?
Yes you need to be registered with the online Super Store to place an order.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges depend on where you are in the world. Please click the "Delivery" link at the bottom of the page.

Can I personalise a replica football shirt?
Yes you can, we now have a service whereby you can put your favourite players name and number or a name and number of your own choice. Please be precise with spelling and layout. A personalised shirt can not be returned

How do I personalise a shirt?
When you purchase a replica shirt you will be given the choice to add a players name / number or your own name / number. Please note Plymouth Argyle cannot be held responsible if a player changes his squad number of leaves the club. Personalised shirts cannot be refunded unless fault.

What is the maximum number of letters/numbers I can have on a shirt?
This depends on the size of the shirt. On average we can fit about:

6 letters and 2 numbers on a mini kit
9 letters and 2 numbers on childs shirt
13 letters and 2 numbers on adults shirt

We will endeavour to meet your requirements, but this should be used as a rough guide. If we are unable to fit your printing onto a shirt we will contact you first. If you have a special request for printing then please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

How do I view my current shopping basket?
You can view your current shopping basket at any time while you are browsing and ordering by simply clicking "Your Basket" from the top of the page. This will show you all current products in your basket, the price of each product and the total order price.

How can I amend my current order?
By clicking the "Basket" links mentioned above you can view all the items in your basket. You can change the Quantity of the item or tick the Delete box and then click the "Update Total" link to update your order and recalculate the prices involved.

Can I change the shipping address of an order?
Yes you can change the address of the order to anything you want! Once you are ready to proceed to the checkout, the first screen you arrive at will ask you for the delivery address of the order, depending on where you want the parcel to go to, change the address here.

Is there anywhere you can’t ship an order to?
At the moment we can ship orders to most places in the world. If you are worried about Argyle not being able to send an order to you, please send an email to us and we will look into it for you.

How do I complete the order?
Once you have entered your address and credit card details you will be taken to an Order Success Page. You will receive an email from us informing you of your successful order.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?
You will receive an order confirmation online, and also an email to your email account. You will also be given an order number, please provide this unique number if you have to get in touch regarding any order queries.

How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?
Depending on where you are in the world, the goods will take different amounts of time to be delivered. Please see our "Delivery" information at the bottom of the page. If you have not received your order and it has been over the expected delivery times, please contact us and we can chase this up for you.

Do I have to sit in all day and wait for my delivery?
Parcels to require a signature on delivery, but we will happily deliver to your work address or to a friend or relative, at your convenience. Our courier service will also send a text message to alert you of the delivery date (if you supply us with a mobile telephone number). If this date is not suitable you can re-arrange delivery directly with the courier.

What cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Maestro for purchases made over the web.

What information is required for different cards?
Different information is required for different cards, please follow the onscreen instructions to ensure you enter the correct information.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
Shopping at Argyle is completely safe and every purchase is backed by our Security Guarantee. Our secure server software encrypts information to ensure that your transactions are private and protected. The minimum security is 128-bit encryption technology, but most users will connect with 256-bit encryption. Our payment gateway is provided by NETBanx.

What about privacy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services, or about special offers you might find interesting. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Returns/Exchanges

How do I return a product if I am not satisfied?
If an exchange or refund is required, you can find all the information in our "Returns Policy" link that is at the bottom of the page.

Can I exchange goods bought online at the bricks & mortar Super Store directly?
Yes, however please note refunds will not be completed there and then as they will need to be passed onto the mail-order department.
