WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR AUCTIONS

This is the only place you can purchase 100% authentic matchworn & signed memorabilia from Plymouth Argyle Football Club. Please consult the information below before taking part in one of our auctions.

Product Titles

• Matchworn - Unless a specific game has been used in the product title & description, the item has been worn by the indicated player during several matches throughout the season.  
• Signed Item Used - This item has been signed by a specific player or multiple players & would have been used in either a specific match or a training environment. This will be outlined in the product description.
• Signed Item - This item has been signed by a specific player or multiple players, however the item would not have been worn or used.
• 21/22 - Numbers in this formation indicate which season the item is from

Authenticity 

All our auction items will come with a Certificate of Authenticity from us, this will be dispatched with your item. 

How to Bid!

• Please log in or register for a new account. You will need to be logged in, if you are not logged in you will be unable to place a bid and take part in the auction.
• Once you have logged in, you can now bid! Enter your maximum bid on the product auction page. The Auction system will automatically bid for you against other bidders in increments of £5 until you have reached your maximum bid amount. Please review your bid before confirming the bid, we are unable to amend your bid.
• If the current maximum bid is at £20 and you bid £50 the system will place your bid at £25 until someone else places a higher bid and the system will bid for you until it reaches your maximum bid
• As soon as you win the auction and the auction has ended, we will send you an email to confirm that you have won and how to pay for the item.
• To complete the payment, please log in to the account you used to place your bids. You will be able to add the auction item you have won to the basket along with any other items you wish to purchase and check out in the usual way.

You will have 3 days to complete your purchase after which the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Failure to complete the payment may affect your ability to place bids on future auctions

Once you have paid and completed your order we will ensure your item is dispatched within our normal postage time frame

Unfortunately, there are no season ticket or membership discounts on auction items. We are unable to accept returns on auction items, however this does not affect your statutory rights that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Also, we are unable to add personalisation to the auction item
